This picture uses a very small aperture. The picture is barely in focus and is focused on the guy looking in. The ISO and shutter speed are average, or in the middle, but it is very hard to tell.
This photo uses a faster shutter speed with a high ISO. You need the fast shutter to freeze the frame. The ISO is letting light in. The aperture was a fstop to capture the depth of field. The subject in the photograph is the soccer players and the audience is blurred in the background to put emphasis on the players.
