friday the 19th

I like this picture beacuse everything is in focus. It uses rule of thirds and directs your attention to where your attention should be drawn, the shark biting. the fish in the back ground arent in focus, but they create almost a natural frame around the subject.

Forced Perspective

My subject is standing farther away then the table, thus making it look like she's on the table.
Mariahs foot was closer than Sara. I shot pretty much even with Mariah's foot.

Mariah was really close and Sara was super far away. I shot from lower than mariah.

Forced Perspective- Online Photos

The photographer shot at an angle going up and was able to place the subject to make them seem like they're kissing.
The person eating the other, is standing really close compared to the person being eaten, who is standing really far away.
In this picture, the banana is close and the people are jumping far away. The camera is on the ground, or at least level with the banana.

one picture.

I like this picture because the depth of field places emphasis on the subject. The background is is not in focus which makes the flower pop.

High ISO. used it cause i was shooting in a low light area.

low ISO. low because i shot into direct sunlight and the lower the ISO, the least amount of light let in.

photo critique 3/8/10

This picture uses a very small aperture. The picture is barely in focus and is focused on the guy looking in. The ISO and shutter speed are average, or in the middle, but it is very hard to tell.
This photo uses a faster shutter speed with a high ISO. You need the fast shutter to freeze the frame. The ISO is letting light in. The aperture was a fstop to capture the depth of field. The subject in the photograph is the soccer players and the audience is blurred in the background to put emphasis on the players.
