The photo is mostly all in focus therefore a big aperture was used. The subject is in front and follows the rule of thirds. 
This photo uses a great job showing depth of field. I like the blurriness of the slyline and how it kinda blurs out at te top of the frame. The photo uses a good job showing the rule of thirds.
